Jeff Tennant

President & CEO
Jeff Tennant is President of OSG USA, Inc and CEO of OSG North America. He also serves on the Board of Directors and is an Executive Officer for OSG Corp. After serving in the US Army, Jeff started his career at OSG in 1988 working as an inside sales rep, while performing various administrative roles. Throughout his more than 30 year career at OSG, Jeff has held numerous leadership positions including Corporate Controller, VP of Finance and Administration, and prior to becoming President, served as Executive Vice President and CFO. He has had a progressive career supporting the company’s various functions while leading multiple teams such as accounting, finance, human resources, information technology, purchasing, and operations management. He has also helped support the company’s growth both organically as well as through multiple mergers and acquisitions. Jeff earned a Master’s Degree in Managerial Leadership from National Louis University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from North Central College.

David Kwon

Executive Vice President & CFO
David Kwon is the Executive Vice President & CFO overseeing Operations, Finance and Information Technology. He also serves on the Board of Directors. David joined OSG as an Applications Engineer in 1996. Over the past 24 years, David has held multiple leadership roles in many areas of concentration including Engineering, Operations, Marketing, Information Technology, and Human Resources. In 2007, David was promoted to Vice President of Production where he developed a team with a common purpose coupled with lean initiatives resulting in major improvements with respect to on time delivery, quality, output, and a reduction of costs. Since 2015, David has served as Executive Vice President in charge of areas including Operations, Business Development, Marketing and Product Development. David also serves on the Board of Governors of the Oregon Manufacturing Innovation Center since 2018. David earned his Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana in 1995 as well as his Master in Business Administration specializing in Managerial Finance from DePaul University in 2006.

Todd Surritte

Executive Vice President
Todd Surritte is Executive Vice President of OSG USA, Inc. He also serves on the Board of Directors. Todd started his career at OSG in 1994 working as an Applications Engineer. Throughout his more than 25 year career at OSG, Todd has held numerous leadership positions including Northeast Area Sales Manager, Senior Inventory Control and Marketing Manager, and prior to becoming Executive Vice President, served as a Vice President. He has served in many different roles during his time at OSG. He has worked in Sales, Operations, Marketing, Inventory Control, and Engineering. For the past four years he has managed manufacturing at our Bensenville Carbide Factory. Todd earned a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering Degree from the University of Notre Dame.

Danny Nichols

Vice President
Danny Nichols is the Vice President of Sales at OSG USA, Inc. He started with OSG in 2002 as a District Manager. Prior to his career with OSG Danny was a SR. Applications Engineer for a Machine Tool dealer in St Louis, MO which helped him excel in his sales role and various management positions. Danny was promoted to Vice President in 2018 from a National Sales Manager position. He has received many accomplishments while at OSG that include District Manager of the Year, Regional Manager of the Year and First Touch. Danny has a passion for personal development for his team and works continually to improve the sales team’s skills. Danny is currently attending Columbia College and working on finishing his B.S in B.A.

Donna Gialo

Vice President
Donna is the Vice President of Marketing and Operations at OSG USA, Inc. Donna leverages her experience in marketing, management, and data analytics to strengthen OSG’s brands, cultivate opportunities in target markets, and increase demand for OSG’s products and solutions while elevating the customer experience. Donna started her career at OSG in 1998 in Marketing and over the past 24 years, Donna has held a variety of leadership roles in several areas, including Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, and Business Intelligence. In 2004, Donna left the organization to pursue an entrepreneurial opportunity outside of the cutting tool industry, and developed a line of products that earned accolades for new product of the year in 2006, she later sold a portion of the rights to a fortune 500 company. She then returned to OSG in 2010 and was later promoted to Director of Marketing where she developed a team, which transformed marketing operations with traditional marketing efforts along with data-driven insights, process optimization and digital strategies. This transformation led to expansion of OSG’s social media platforms, integrated digital solutions, and e-commerce business initiatives. Donna earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing & Management from National Louis University as well as her Master’s Degree in Business Administration specializing in Business Intelligence and Analytics Management from Keller Graduate School of Management.

Andrew Matt

Vice President
Andrew Matt is the Vice President of Human Resources at OSG USA, Inc. He started with OSG in 2020 as a Regional Human Resources Manager. Prior to his career with OSG, Andrew was an Executive Director of Human Resources and Organizational Development with BathWraps (RHT, Inc.) and began his Human Resources career with United Stationers (Essendant) as their Manager of Performance Improvement and Training in 2000. Andrew earned his Masters in Business Administration from Marquette University in 1994 after earning his Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management and Marketing from Marquette University. Andrew is a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) since 2020. He is a longtime Chicago area native growing up in Riverside and residing in Westmont with his wife and three children.

Originally established as OSG Tap & Die, Inc., the Chicago based sales office marked the first office and growth outside of Japan

Acquired Sossner Tap & Die in Brunswick, GA

OSG USA expands to open regional sales office in Placentia, CA

In 2015, To reflect the diverse array of products and services, OSG Tap & Die, Inc. officially changed our name to OSG USA, Inc.

OSG USA, Inc. acquired AMAMCO Tool & Supply Co., Inc in Duncan, South Carolina

OSG USA, Inc. relocated it's National Headquarters to Irving, Texas
