Die Reconditioning Services

We specialize in reconditioning flat dies, cylindrical dies, and rack dies with precision and care:

  • Flat Dies – Reground by removing minimal material to preserve tool life or reground to customer specifications.
  • Cylindrical Dies – Reground to the next suitable diameter based on the requested pitch.
  • Rack Dies – Reconditioned by removing the existing form profile, regrinding a new one, and attaching a shim plate to restore the die to like-new dimensions.

Every die received undergoes a comprehensive inspection to ensure it’s suitable for regrinding. If a die does not meet reconditioning standards, we promptly return it to the customer.
