Multi-layered TiCN (V) coating from OSG The layered configuration resists thermal cracking while increasing surface hardness to extend life up to 3X vs monolayered TiCN.
Available DIN or ANSI overall lengths, coolant-through or solid, metric and inch, up to 1" or M24. Absolute versatility for any machining operation in Ductile Iron.
Eccentic thread relief Reduces friction during cutting, thereby minimizing heat generation and extending life.
Straight flute design Most rigid cut tap design, suitable for both through and blind holes.
