At OSG USA, Inc., the safety and well-being of our employees and our customers is always our priority.
With the increasing news and concern regarding the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19), OSG wants to ensure our customers that we are monitoring the developing situation and have resources in place to provide you with continued service during this time.

OSG is focusing efforts to maintain our ability to deliver tools promptly and efficiently to our customers.

OSG has made great strides in restoring our global stock levels and with the recent increases in production equipment, our manufacturing lead times have significantly improved. In addition, OSG has the capacity and capability to produce similar products at production facilities around the world, thus minimizing the threat from the current pandemic.

We have taken steps to limit exposure to the virus by placing restrictions on employee travel, limiting the size of meetings, providing remote-work solutions, and continue to reinforce safe behavior in every environment based on recommendations by government and health agencies.

We recognize many businesses have taken preventative measures not to accept visitors and we respect those policies. To continue to serve our customers we are directing our employees to communicate through available technology to conduct daily business and have started to implement those options to provide alternative support solutions.

We will continue to exercise an abundance of caution as this situation continues to develop, we appreciate our partnership and your understanding of the guidelines outlined above. We will continue to communicate all further changes.
