The EXOCARB®-Aero
UVX is OSG's latest innovation on variable index and variable helix end mills.
UVX's positive edge geometry with variable helix design enables consistent and
chatter-free milling.
Its newly designed flute shape with ultra-smooth finish
further improves chip evacuation, thereby improving stability in slotting
applications of stainless steel, titanium and Inconel.
The EXOCARB®-Aero UVX is stocked from 1/8" to 1" (3.2 mm
to 25.4 mm) diameters, and corner radii from 0.010" to 0.125" (0.25
mm – 3.2 mm). Combined with OSG's EXOCARB®-Aero SUS and EXOCARB®-Aero
Rougher, the EXOCARB®-Aero series is the ultimate solution for
aerospace exotic materials.
